Mixology Concepts
A cornerstone of Oceania’s new program is the addition of experiential beverage offerings, including the Bubbly Bar for champagne cocktails and The Ultimate Bloody Mary Bar for brunch in a glass.
Moet Chandon Champagne Experience- This three-course meal is complemented by champagne pairings. Guests will dine on Seabass Tartare with a 2013 Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Brut, then duck foie gras terrine paired with Nectar Imperial Champagne and finish with cured beef tenderloin and Imperial Rose Champagne.
The Casino Mixology Bar- This bar offers tableside craft cocktail preparations. Celebrate the Art of the Cocktail with an extensive list of bourbon and rye, Barrel-aged negronis. The most intriguing offerings are the “flavor blaster gun” cocktails with flavored vapor bubbles.
Martinis- Enjoy a selection of handcrafted martinis using sustainable, high-quality Gins and Vodkas. The name of each drink celebrates the greatest names from the silver screens of Hollywood films.
Baristas- Mixology doesn’t end at the bar. This premium coffee shop offers innovative cocktails featuring Crodino, Campari, or Amari.
Oceania Vista will be the first ship in the fleet to offer these mixology programs. Oceania is sure to build on the offerings as more Allure Class ships arrive.
