The much-anticipated announcement of the fate of the dining venues on the former Crystal Endeavor. Now the newest member of Silversea’s expedition fleet, the venues once intended to house Umi Uma and Prego have been redesigned for Silversea’s famous dining experience. Follow along as we share everything you need to know about dining on this incredible ship.
The Restaurant
Silversea is bringing back the main dining room, The Restaurant. With enough seating to house more than the 250 maximum guest capacity of the ship, The Restaurant will be Endeavor’s most prominent dining venue. Guests onboard will enjoy a rotating menu inspired by regional cuisine and ingredients and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Il Terrazzino
This Italian-style eatery is reminiscent of La Terraza on Silversea’s general fleet. This restaurant features an a la carte menu loaded with your favorite regional Italian dishes. This is one of the more intimate eateries onboard, seating 36 guests. The small capacity of expedition ships makes crowds less of a concern, but reservations are recommended just in case.
La Dame
Those familiar with sailing with Silversea will be happy to hear that the fan-favorite La Dame is returning onboard Endeavor. La Dame seats twenty guests and is one of the only venues onboard to carry a $60 cover charge to manage demand. This intimate dining room will serve the a la carte menu of French Cuisine that has become so popular among the fleet.
The Grill
Located near the pool, The Grill will serve as a casual dining venue for Silversea’s guests to enjoy a meal with 270-degree views over the aft portion of the ship. The venue will serve a la carte items to as many as eighty guests for breakfast and lunch but will reduce capacity to forty-eight for dinner.
The Arts Cafe
This upscale coffee shop will also feature floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive 270-degree views. Guests will enjoy a multitude of specialty coffees and tea served by expert baristas while cruising to the most remote (and sometimes coldest) destinations in the world. Rounding out the selections, a variety of delectable pastries and small bites will also be available to visitors.
In-Suite Dining
Guests aboard this all-suite luxury yacht will enjoy 24-hour in-suite dining. You can choose to what degree you want to mingle with your fellow cruisers or enjoy your meals in the intimate setting of your luxurious accommodations. Breakfast in bed or on the veranda is one of the most rewarding luxury experiences in cruising.
