This new concept can only be found on the Marina and Riviera but you can follow along with us as we sit down with the four exciting menu options and share everything you need to know about this innovative dining concept.
The Concept
Privee is a private dining room that can host up to ten guests. You and your close friends will take your seats at a custom-built table, by famed designer, Dakota Jackson which is bathed in the light of a golden, Venini chandelier. The sleek white color scheme is punctuated by Ferrari Red carpets and accents. The stark white walls and decor draw your eyes directly to the contents of each dish and the sneaky color psychology of the red accents will have you salivating before your food ever arrives.
Guests can select from five menus during their dining experience at Privee. You will have the option of two dinner menus, two dessert menus, and a sub-menu of curated olive oils. Your meal will be prepared by one of Oceania’s award-winning chefs exclusively for your party.
The Menus
- The Polo Grill Dinner– This is an American Chop House Menu with USDA Prime, dry-aged meats, wild-caught fish, and heartily portioned side dishes.
- The Polo Grill Dessert– This menu consists of an indulgent mix of American Classics like Key Lime Pie, New York Cheesecake, and a chocolate brownie sundae.
- Toscana Dinner– Italian fine-dining classics are the centerpiece of this menu. Dishes like linguine cioppino and Lasagne al Forno alla bolognese are expertly presented and paired with fine wine selections.
- Toscana Dessert– Oceania’s take on traditional Italian dessert favorites like tiramisu and pannacotta are the staples of this menu.
- Toscana Olive Oil– this is an intriguing menu of curated regional olive oils to enjoy with your meal.
