Oceania Vista will set sail in 2023 and promises to be the creme de le creme of the Oceania Cruises fleet. The ship sets a new standard for residential-style comfort at sea with four extravagant suites. Come aboard the most anticipated new ship of 2023 and take a first look at the suites of Oceania Vista.
Penthouse Suite
Starting at 400 square feet, the Penthouse on Oceania Vista offers an abundance of space to relax. The industry standard introductory suite size is between 270 and 300 square feet. This accommodation is for the guest who appreciates the finer things but spends less time in the room. The excess square footage provides comfort with walk-in closets, an oversized bathroom, dual vanities, and a spacious veranda.
The interior design features intricate wood paneling and upholstery finishes of rich leather. Oceania’s designers added hand-selected art pieces that provide eye-catching color in the lightly toned space.
Penthouse guests receive unlimited use of the Aquamar Spa Terrace and all suites come with the services of a Butler and dedicated concierge.
Oceania Suite
Moving up the hierarchy of suites, we have the Oceania Suites. There are a total of fourteen accommodations in this category. This spacious suite starts at a hefty 1,000 square feet. The expansive common space features seating for six in the mixed-use dining and living room.
Oceania Suites also feature a separate bedroom with a plush king-sized bed. The bathroom features double sinks and marble accents. A generous walk-in closet and an expansive teak balcony complete the space. This mid-level suite is perfect for entertaining friends onboard.
The interior design departs from the traditional esthetic used in the Penthouse in favor of a modern style. The walls feature stone, wood, and glass accents. Oceania even sprinkled in a bit of subway tile, giving this suite the appeal of an urban loft. The red, white, and grey color scheme complements the marble finishes, and the addition of action paintings works well with the grain of the stone.
Vista Suites
Perched on the highest decks, these eight Vista Suites offer panoramic 180 -degree views from their lofty perches. These seaside villas begin at 1,450 square feet. The large and plentiful windows bathe the room in natural light, which complements the light seafoam green and natural tones of the space. The entire design seems to be a love letter to the sea and the sky.
Again the interior design leans more modern. Stone and marble wall panels pair with light wood floors and chrome-wrapped pillars. The furniture is mid-century modern. The lighting combines recessed spotlights and conversation-piece contemporary chandeliers.
The overabundance of square footage allows for comfortable seating for six in the living and dining rooms. Vista suites also feature large dressing areas, walk-in closets, a gorgeous bar, a spacious bathroom with a huge tub, and a massive private balcony.
In addition to 24-hour butler service, guests enjoying this residence at sea will enjoy keycard access to the executive lounge. This inclusion is available only to guests in Oceania Suites or higher.
Owner’s Suites
Sitting proudly as the top accommodation onboard is the Owner’s Suite. These massive residences span the entire width of the ship. Each of the three 2,400 square-foot, Owner’s Suites occupies the rearmost portions of decks eight, nine, and ten.
The central foyer houses a dining room with views from a floor-ceiling glass rotunda. The common spaces feature a full bar, a spacious living room, a den, a large private bedroom, a massive walk-in closet, and a palatial master bathroom. Our favorite feature is the dual terraces that stretch the entire width of the ship’s stern and offer endless panoramic vistas from their high vantage points.
The nautical interior design provided by Ralph Lauren Home creates the ambiance of an ultra-luxe Nantucket beach house.
“Owner” doesn’t just apply to the name. Residents lucky enough to secure this suite will feel like they own the Vista with exclusive access to the Aquamar Spa Terrace, 24-hour butler service, daily bar restocking, dedicated concierge, and keycard access to the executive lounge. , This is the most impressive accommodation in Oceania’s fleet by a mile.
