What awaits you behind the doors of La Dame? Silversea’s culinary team has assembled a rotating menu celebrating the excellence of the French culinary tradition. Join us for an inside look at this chic restaurant at sea.
Concept
Echoing the traditions and cultures that embody French gastronomy. La Dame builds a bridge between the past and the future by creating a bespoke menu to capture the elements of French culinary elegance. Silversea’s iconic white-glove service combines impeccable presentation and culinary precision for an elegant, modern, quintessentially Parisian meal.
La Dame has a $60 cover charge to help control demand onboard. You can enjoy this restaurant on eleven of Silversea’s newest ships.
Design
La Dame is named after the Eiffel Tower. Echoes of the iconic spire’s interior design are displayed in the elements of the restaurant’s decor. Dark wood paneling with brass inlays adorns the walls. Glass with art-nouveau etching captures the spirit of the gilded age.
The contemporary style includes crisp white tablecloths, china, and leather seating. The glow of a combination of accent and natural exterior light completes the effect. Overall, La Dame’s designers reflect the same French traditions and nod to the future as the menu.
The interior of La Dame feels like that of a turn-of-the-century Parisian jazz club. Overall, it is one of the most attractive eateries in Silversea’s fleet.
